FOOD SERVICES

 WIC now serves more than 6 million pregnant and post-partum women, infants, and children in the US. For a family to participate, it must have gross income of no more than 185 percent of the federal poverty level and be at nutritional risk. Applicants who already receive SNAP (formerly food stamps), Medicaid, or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families cash assistance are automatically considered income-eligible.

GET WIC

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, is a federal program that provides nutrition benefits to low-income individuals and families that are used at stores to purchase food. 
SNAP provides nutrition benefits to supplement the food budget of needy families so they can purchase healthy food and move towards self-sufficiency.

CalFresh is for people with low-income who meet federal income eligibility rules and want to add to their budget to put healthy and nutritious food on the table.
The CalFresh Program, issues monthly electronic benefits that can be used to buy most foods at many markets and food stores. The CalFresh Program helps to improve the health and well-being of qualified households and individuals by providing them a means to meet their nutritional needs.
